4th Grade Music

 

Recorders are a main focus for 4th grade music class. Students learn about composers from the Classic Period, Romantic Period, and 20th/21st Centuries as they learn famous songs by the great composers. Students continue the process of reading music and rhythms. Their concert is in March.

 

4th grade students may join band and orchestra. In addition, there is a recorder/singing club that works with the Spokane Symphony. Please see Beyond the Classroom for more information.
